Estimates vs. Final Pricing

All initial estimates provided by Green Bay Paver Cleaning are based solely on the visible surface conditions of your hardscape at the time of inspection. Unforeseen underlying issues, such as deep base degradation, massive root intrusion, or severely compromised sub-grade clay, may require additional leveling material and extensive labor. Should these conditions be discovered during the restoration process, the final price of the project may be altered. We will communicate any necessary price adjustments prior to executing the additional work.

Property Liability

Our technicians operate with the utmost care and professionalism while on your property. However, Green Bay Paver Cleaning is not liable for any pre-existing structural damage to your concrete pavers, retaining walls, or surrounding landscaping. This includes, but is not limited to, existing cracks, spalling, loose stone edges, or weak foundation settling that may become more apparent once organic debris and dirt are pressure-washed away.

Payment Terms

Unless a specific payment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of the project, payment in full is due immediately upon completion of the requested services. We accept various forms of payment including major credit cards, checks, and digital transfers. Failure to render payment upon completion may result in additional late fees or corresponding legal action.

Agreement

By authorizing Green Bay Paver Cleaning to proceed with your restoration, cleaning, leveling, or sealing service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
